Warnings don’t help much, do they?
[Tony swallows, gaze flitting from her hair to her eyes, down to her delicate fingers and back up.]
No-
*she shook her head and pressed a hand over her mouth before she took a shaky breath and tried to continue*
No, they really don’t.
Tumblr is only giving me alerts for about half my followers
She seemed to relax, then, letting her hands slip to his waist before straightening up and giving him a weak smile. “I didn’t know if you’d…” Maria sighed and shook her head.
“No, that’s not fair… Thank you…”“Let me help.” He whispered, looking into her eyes and then he kissed her forehead.
“God, you bastard- How do you manage to knock me up when we’ve barely had sex in months?” It came out with a laugh and she ducked her head back down again for a second.
“Christ…”
…
Tony?
…hi Ma.
SHIELD warned me, but…
Hello, baby.
“I’m not going to leave,” he said, softly.
“I’m going to help.” And he was sincere. It might be the one thing that was keeping their marriage together at this point. He knew that soon enough the two of them would have been in talks for a divorce.

Maria is, more or less, single-verse.
She’ll only recognize one Howard, Tony, etc at a time unless it’s part of the existing RP-
If she meets a Natasha, her history changes so she had a daughter instead of a son. With Greg in the picture, twins and/or two separate children.
Mostly because this makes things simpler, for me, for how things work out-
But also because it’s just kind of how she works, as a character.

It was funny, really, the things that would make you crack… Later, she’d blame it on her hormones, the way she’d leaned into her husband’s chest for the first time in what felt like ages and began to cry.
For the moment, she didn’t care.Howard wrapped his arms around her. This situation was going to be hard to get used to.
“Everything’ll be fine.”
Maria clenched a hand in the back of his shirt and took a few moments to breathe before she managed a nod, refusing to raise her head from where it had fallen against his chest.
“… Are you sure?…”
